Can I rebook a hotel if the price drops?

Yes, if your booking has free cancellation: book the cheaper rate first, then cancel the original before its deadline. Our step-by-step guide covers what to compare before you switch.

Will you always find a cheaper price?

No. Some bookings never get cheaper, and then you won't hear from us. When a cheaper rate does appear, we email you as soon as we spot it.

What if my booking isn't free to cancel?

Then there's nothing to switch, so we can't help. We rely on your free-cancellation deadline to know when to stop watching.

Can you book or cancel for me?

No. You book the new room and cancel the old one yourself. We suggest you cancel only once the new booking is confirmed.

What do you do with my details?
